***SOLD*** Squier Jaguar Fretless ‘hot-rodded’ short scale bass

Out of stock

This is an absolute gem of a fretless!!!

Here’s how it was born…

I picked out a really nice, brand new Squier Jag SS to specifically convert to fretless and took it to UK luthier, Brian Eastwood to have a new ebanol fingerboard fitted.  I had large ‘Luminlay’ glow-in-the-dark side dot markers installed at the same time.

Back in my own workshop, I installed Dimarzio P & J pickups which are PERFECT for bringing out those growly-mids, really enhancing the ‘Mwahh’ effect.

The bass is a real one-of-a-kind, and sounds MAZING!  I’ve used the bass to record two full albums worth of fretless bass, and it sounds just about as good any fretless I’ve ever owned including a Musicman Stingray.

Here’s a quick noodle on it…
